Being a Leader is not about you, it is about those that falls under your supervision, their families and everyone around you. It is not about having the right answer all the time, but it is about being smart, humble and knowing where to find the resources that’s available to assist you in taking care of your team.

To be an effective leader one must know their team members. A leader knows where their team members live and under what conditions they are living. A leader is not concerned with building their resume. They are concerned with developing their subordinates to become the best.
