Family’ is a single word, with many different meanings. People have many ways of defining a family and what being a part of a family means to them. Families differ in terms of economic, cultural, social, and many other facets, but what every family has in common is that the people who call it a family are making clear that those people are important in some way to the person calling them his family.

I want to share with all of you. May it bring you all internal peace and happiness.

But I say to you, women and image-conscious male humans of the world, stop beating yourself up about it and just eat the ficken sandwich and desert.
3. Do whatever the ficken you want.
4. Have good friends. Call them. Complain a little. That’s what friends are for. Return the favor. Don’t be a shitty friend.
5. Learn how to laugh about things. Get your uptight ass moving, laugh about shit.
6. Be curious about the world around you! Experience get out and live see go and see things that you thought would never interest you. Ride a mechanical bull (maybe) oh shit! But stop beating yourself up on those nights when you just want to sit on your ass and do nothing.
7. Smile when you feel like smiling. Laugh whenever you fucking feel like laughing. Being told to ‘laugh more’ is not going to make you laugh more. Being told to ‘smile more’ is not going to make you smile more.
8. Make time for yourself. After you’ve worked all day rather it’s being a stay home mom or working an traditional job, paying bills whatever it is set aside that special hour set it aside just for you is so critical to your happiness and peace of mind.
9. Don’t care what other people may think. Unless they’re right. In which case, ficken humble yourself enough to listen to them.
10. Do whatever the ficken you want. I’m serious! Yea!!!
